I have been watching your extreme moves with my six year old boy. He loves it-I have been trying to teach him back hand springs and other stuff. I too competed in Diamond Nationals, Battle of Atlanta, etc. Mostly in sparring. I am an older man now teaching martial arts now trying to get my students to accomplish feats in the martial arts- any advice? Thanks for all that you do.

Steve your moves are amazing. I've been in Tae kwon do for about 8 years now, but i saw your videos and wanted to expand my training to tricking. Can you tell me what workouts you do to be in great shape to do this stuff

I have been doing kuk sool won for 8 years now. but they dont really offer any high kick and crazy kicks like you do. its more just forms and stuff. i was wodnering if u could perhaps send me some stuff on how to jump higher. also very nice kicks and forms. best i have seen in a long long time.

Hey dude, I met you at battle of atl. The kid hangin with John Boyd and Trent. I took at Mr. wons place for a long time, and used to be on kick team. You got some seriously rad tricks and forms man. Just keep comin up with the new and different stuff.
